Bernard Fianku  Board of Directors  Bernard lives in Accra, Ghana and has spent his career improving the lives of others. He has been involved in various avenues of counseling as well as leadership positions for groups devoted to children's causes. This includes a director of an academy along with creating programs, services and vocational training for orphaned children. Today, he is Country Director for a group rescuing enslaved children and CEO of a Soccer Club he founded for homeless children. Bernard serves Isaac's Dream by overseeing construction and operations of all projects

 Brett Clemens  Board of Directors  Brett, a native of Kansas City, serves with Perspectives on the World Christian Movement as the Central States (KS,MO,NE and IA) Regional Director. Perspectives USA's mission is to mobilize by educating the body of Christ in the USA to strategic engagement in God's global purpose. Upon graduating from Northwest Missouri State University with a BA in Corporate Finance/Financial Computing and an MBA in General Business, Brett entered the business world. From 2007-2016, Brett worked at Hallmark Cards as a financial analyst. In 2016, Brett left the business world to become a full time mobilizer through Perspectives. Brett is married to Colette, and they have three children: Brylynn, Cora and Brecken.

Brett, a native of Kansas City, serves with Perspectives on the World Christian Movement as the Central States (KS,MO,NE and IA) Regional Director. Perspectives USA's mission is to mobilize by educating the body of Christ in the USA to strategic engagement in God's global purpose. Upon graduating from Northwest Missouri State University with a BA in Corporate Finance/Financial Computing and an MBA in General Business, Brett entered the business world.  Colette Clemens  Board of Directors  Colette, a native of Kansas City, currently works as an Adjunct Professor at a local college and stays at home with her three children, Brylynn, Cora and Brecken, where she home schools part time. Upon graduating Northwest Missouri State with a BA in K-12 Physical Education and K-12 Health Education she worked for seven years as a physical educator in a local school district, eventually staying home with her growing family.  Colette loves to spend time with her family and loves to serve others. In her free time, she enjoys being active with her kids and husband.

Colette, a native of Kansas City, currently works as an Adjunct Professor at a local college and stays at home with her three children, Brylynn, Cora and Brecken, where she home schools part time.  Mendy Shriver  Board of Directors  Mendy is an energetic mother to 5 teens, 2 of which are adopted from Sierra Leone, West Africa. She's been married to her high school sweetheart for 21 years and has a BA in Marriage/Family Counseling with a minor in Religious Studies from Oklahoma Baptist University. Mendy is a "super advocate" for  ZOE International  and has traveled to West Africa several times.   Mendy enjoys speaking, coaching, and writing about women's health and fitness issues. She is the co-founder of the growing Christian social media ministry,  Real Raw Redeemed.    Mendy is passionate about finding more effective orphan care solutions on a global level.  She loves God's word and desires for women and little girls to understand that "healthy living begins in our hearts."  For fun, Mendy loves weekends at the lake with her family, cycling with friends, and laughing till her face hurts.

 Derek Kreifels  Board of Directors  Derek is the President of the State Financial Officers Foundation (SFOF). As President of SFOF he is charged with leading the national organization and collaborating with state elected officials to promote fiscally responsible, free market principles to better impact state and federal financial policy. Kreifels is charged with ensuring that SFOF’s fiscal, operational, fundraising, marketing, and communication strategies are effectively implemented. Kreifels and his team organize two national meetings annually for SFOF members to come together and discuss best practices. He has organized multiple meeting, receptions, and other events across the U.S. including several recent meetings at the White House.   Kreifels has spent the last 20 years advising and working with various federal, state, and local leaders. He served as the Assistant State Treasurer and Chief of Staff to Kansas State Treasurer Ron Estes from 2011 to 2016. Kreifels also spent several years in banking.  He attended Kansas State University, and received his undergraduate degree from Wichita State University and his Masters from Friends University in Wichita, Kansas. He and his wife Melanie live in the Kansas City area.

 John "Buzz" Billharz  Board of Directors  John "Buzz" is a medical doctor passionate about missionary work and caring for children. He is currently working in his own practice, Redwood Pediatrics in Liberty, Missouri, a suburb of Kansas City. Dr.Billharz works in an ongoing capacity with missions efforts on five continents and has extensive international travel experience. He believes education is a vital tool in helping children escape slavery/child labor in rural areas of Ghana, and is committed to helping Isaac's Dream achieve this goal.
